US - Neurofeedback Training Workshop

This is an experiential 2 week training developed by Martin Wuttke integrating an entirely new approach to healing the brain and body.

We are now offering individualized TFT (targeted frequency training) as an intensive, twice a day, treatment process.

This occurs over a (minimum) two week period:
- sessions are Monday through Friday
- each session is approximately forty-five minutes long
- one session in the morning and one in the afternoon
- the client wears a full 19 channel EEG Electro Cap several times over
the course of the treatment
- the TFT approach is used each session: depending on QEEG findings,
multiple electrode training sites are used to "SHIFT" the whole EEG
into the optimal function range.
- this produces a normalization of the entire nervous system and
subsequent changes in mind/body/behavior function in an extremely
accelerated manner.

All sessions are performed one-on-one with Marty at his house in the North Georgia Mountains.

Clients stay in local hotels, cabins, etc.

Only three clients can be accommodated at one time because of the time intensity of the process. Therefore, reservations must be made well in advance.

The cost is $3,000 usd for two weeks of treatment (20 sessions). This price DOES NOT INCLUDE food, lodging and travel.

Clients will be accepted after review of their history.

Practical Basic Neurofeedback Training: 5 day workshop

Basic 5-day practical workshop: Fundamentals of neurofeedback practice with NCH and Marty Wuttke**:

• Mindtuner hardware and software will be available for the workshop. Previous participants of the basic workshop are welcome to review the material presented at a 50% reduced fee.

Workshop program
Basic 4-day workshop: Fundamentals of neurofeedback practice and integrative aspects

This course presents the Basic Neurofeedback Practical Training. It is geared towards future practitioners and individuals who have had the basic theoretical training and would like to apply neurofeedback in practice. The practical training will be given with the Mindtuner Hard- and Software (6 channel neurofeedback and monitoring simultaneously ECG, EMG, Temperature and GSR – Galvanic Skin Response).

Requirements are: Knowledge of basic theory: either basic course by Martin Wuttke or John Demos, or any other accredited course on neurofeedback. Martin Wuttke’s basic neurofeedback course manual or John Demos’ book on “How to get started with neurofeedback” are expected to be understood.
The course lectures are given in English.
The first 4 days basic practical training will be given by therapists of the NCH and is focused on getting a solid foundation for applying neurofeedback in practice. This entails how to conduct the following sessions/protocols and interpret the results:
• Mini QEEG:
• Basic C3-C4 SMR training.
• Sessions including ratio training and standard deviation training
• Alpha and alpha- theta training
• Sessions including band-coherence, band similarity, band-synchrony and band-comodulation
• How to apply ECG, EMG, GSR and Temp. measurements

o You will be able to find your way around the treatment/evaluation software, learn the correct placement of electrodes on the scalp and administer a mini QEEG and carry out the mentioned protocols.
o Everyone will do a mini QEEG and have one done on them. You will learn to evaluate the data and begin to identify disregulation in the brain.
o Everyone will do a C3-C4 SMR training and experience one
o Monitoring a session with the brain mirror, time-frequency analysis, spectrum, coherence and summary files.
o A 19 channel QEEG will be demonstrated and analyzed
o The basics of the roles of neurotransmitters in neurofeedback
The last, 5th day is conducted by Martin Wuttke** and is geared towards integrating other disciplines as a support for higher efficacy.

Participants who wish to stay overnight can book a room at the center. Dinner can be arranged as well, provided that there are more than 10 dinner guests. Participants can make reservations directly with the management of the Drakenburg via their website or by telephone.

After April 1st the full amount is due. Cancellations before March 1st will have the fee fully returned, after this date 100,--euro administration and cancellation costs will have to be charged.
